Are the wires cut? or do they have some sort of plug/harness on them? Did it damage the dash? If you're planning to install a new stereo yourself, it shouldn't be hard to tell if/how bad it's fucked up. Just make sure none of the insulation on the wires is stripped or cut and you shouldn't run into too much that could actually damage a new stereo. If the plugs are gone, you'll have to buy a new harness of some sort and join the old wires to the new plug/plugs (solder, crimp, etc.). You could probably do it with an after market stereo installation kit made for your car.In response to your question though, I have no idea of places around Raleigh. If you're not gonna do it yourself ignore the above paragraph.

C.A.R. Audio and Security - their information can be found at http://www.teamcaraudio.com they are actually out off capitol in wake forest... but they will fix anything major... If you just need a new radio and wires are cut... anyone should be able to fix you up... But if new trim bezels need to be made they should be your one stop shop...
