Is there a site online that allows you to search for real estate for sale in a really specific area, such as "Gorman at Avent Ferry" opposed to just "Raleigh"?????

"Raleigh" brings up too many results that are far from where I'm lookin to live!

If you know a realtor they can go on MLS and make it specific to certain areas of Raleigh.

http://www.ysuhomes.com has some good search features. you can search by all houses that are in a specific school's district along with price range and all that jazz. you can also search by street and subdivision. check it out.

if you're down with narrowing it down visually, http://www.trulia.com is pretty swanky. you just zoom in on the google map to the area you want. i think you can narrow it down by zip code too

Narrow by region, zipcode, neighborhood, school district, street, etc
