My apartment is possibly looking for 2 subleasers for May 17th - August 17th. If you need to store stuff here or whatever we can work things out. For one room it is $235 + utilities. You share a bathroom. The second is $280 + utilities, it is bigger and you get your own bathroom. The apartment is a total 3Br and the 3rd roommate who is staying here is cool. It is a 15 minute walk to either centennial campus (EBI and EBII) or 12 minutes to the gym walking. It is fairly decent. Utilities have been around $200 total and are split evenly. Prices can be somewhat negotiable, so let me know.
Has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, 1/2 bath downstairs, 2 full baths upstairs. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Utilities include gas, power, and cable internet. Currently no cable TV is subscribed to. Parking is free and you will have a gaurenteed spot with very accessible guest parking.
Oh yeah it is a quiet neighborhood too, and neighbors are cool
