There was a chow (mix maybe?) down there around 12 tonight. Young looking, He had on a blue collar with about 2 inches of a ripped leash hanging off. No tags...of course. He had one very peculiar thing...he only has 1 ear. It looks like he was born with no outer ear on the right side. I got close enough to rub his head a little, but he wasn't overjoyed at that, so I was afraid to take him in or anything.... I know a lot of students live over that way. Anyone know who this dog belongs to?? He ran off, but I'm sure he isnt' too far
