my roommate and i currently live in a 2 bdrm townhouse but we are looking for a third person to get a house with, something with about a $1000 rent and split 3 ways

we have two dogs, one is about 45 lbs and another is about 70 lbs, so you'll have to like dogs, both are very friendly and fun to play with

we are easy goin guys and just need a third normal person to share rent
