I'm looking to move in with some friends and I need to find someone to take over my lease immediately. It's for a room in a 4br/4ba apartment at University Commons for $340/month. All utilties, plus high speed internet and digital cable, are included.

There is a full kitchen, a nice common room, and a pool table. Plus, the room I'm subleasing is the largest in the apartment.

The three current roommates are easy going, responsible guys. Two are grad students and the other is a student with a full-time job. So, if you're looking for a quiet place where you can get your work done, you've found it!

yeah i have seen those places before, very nice apartments. I wouldnt mind taking over his lease as long it was for a good bit seeing i need a place for a year.
