Is there a policy that concerns how many credit hours a person is allowed to transfer in? I've heard of something about the last 30 hours must be taken at NCSU or something similar...just wondered what the deal is.

You can transfer in as many hours as you'd like I believe. How many get applied towards a degree are another matter, and usually has to be worked out on a case-by-case basis. You are right, there is a universal limit out there somewhere ... but, it may not be relevant.

Don't transferred in hours count against you as far as tuition surcharges go though?
