Hi I am trying to sublease my room, it is in a 3 bedroom apt at U house. Rent is $469 (utilities included) but I am willing to go a lot lower than that. The lease runs out at the end of July. I have two female roomates who will probably be gone for the summer. The apt. will be available at the beginning of April.

I might be interested, but I would need to know exactly how much, and when I would have to move in. Also, are you sure your roommates would be gone?
