I got Bermuda. I'm trying to find an online audio to listen to while at work. Cricket's a bit like baseball as far as listening to a radio and passing the time.
3/6/2007 9:18:15 PM
INDIA is the favorite
3/6/2007 9:47:14 PM
Is cricket the only sport India is good at?
3/6/2007 9:56:52 PM

3/6/2007 10:54:15 PM
I don't know many South African cricketeers.. but, my guess would probably be Shaun Pollock, or someone recent

so i know nothing about cricket but see highlights on Sky Sports News. I can't figure out what the hell is going on. Is it something that is real confusing if you did not grow up with it? if you get 3 outs the other team bats but sometimes do they decide they have enough runs and let the other team bat without being out? I realize this question is dumb- any help please

We got a big crowd here at Galaxy watching the India/Sri Lanka match. If India loses, they are out. The afternoon session should be huge.

^table tennis nearly as many National Federations??? as SOCCER.. that should tell you something...[Edited on March 23, 2007 at 3:35 PM. Reason : )(]
3/23/2007 3:34:07 PM
It tells me that Table Tennis is a truly global sport. Well, game.
3/23/2007 4:06:19 PM
Chess is india's national sport, not Cricket
3/23/2007 4:09:53 PM
1. according to that ^^^ dragon boat racing and handball are more popular than hockey. haha!2. where is the american cricket team? i'm sure there are enough americans who play cricket to field a team.3. i saw sru playing cricket once.that is all. bye.
3/23/2007 4:32:32 PM
^ and how vast is your worldly experience in the area of dragon boat racing and handball. Facts are facts. Table tennis is to China what Cricket is to India. And there are more people in China.
3/23/2007 5:14:56 PM
doesn't change the fact that 50 million > 3 million.
3/23/2007 5:31:21 PM
There are 1.3 billion people in china. you dont think 4% of them can participate in dragon boat racing?especially when there are like 30-40 of the fuckers to a boat[Edited on March 23, 2007 at 5:35 PM. Reason : .]
3/23/2007 5:34:19 PM
dude, i considered that before you pointed it out. again, it still doesn't change the fact that a shitload of more people participate in dragon boat racing than hockey. hey, atleast hockey is more popular than rugby. that really suprises me, because rugby is played in way more countries than hockey.
3/23/2007 5:40:59 PM
The only two WORLD CUPs I know are Cricket and Football...(ignore golf in here..)
3/23/2007 5:42:50 PM
3/23/2007 6:29:21 PM
^^ Rugby, Baseball (World Classic, started last year), and Ice Hockey (held sporadically)
3/23/2007 9:37:39 PM
Baseball world cup was played last year. I was in Korea at the time and it was pretty dramatic how they won pretty much everything and then Japan defeated them in a grudge match to knock them out.
