New offer, I will pay for the additional $30 a month for cable and internet and as I stated before, I will pay for all processing fees included for you to take over the lease

You will be given $90 in cash for the 3 months of internet and cable so you can pay the roomate.

As I said before, most apts charge for processing fees for the paper work required... this adds up to around 150, which I will pay for you.. even though i have to pay to break the lease aswell which is around 150 too.

All you have to pay is 405 each month for everything included. The townhome is furnished. Big living room, big kitchen, washer and dryer, your own large bathroom, great roomate who isnt around that much.
