I'm getting ready to move and have an old dresser and 2 computer monitors to get rid of. Does anybody know if Goodwill or the Salvation Army around here will take them? I dont want any money, just want them gone.

I took the stuff to a Thrift Store in Garner. They took 1 monitor, but said the other was too old so I just trashed it. No problem with the dresser or the clothes we had.

as long as it's not something that should go in the trash anyway. This usually isn't the case for furniture or computers. Well, maybe for some computers.

I know there's some kind of electronics donation place that takes stuff to trash...but for the life of me can't remember what it was.

most electronics can get recycled (the recyclers make bank off of it too)
