I am looking for somebody to sublease my room in University Woods starting as soon as possible and lasting till July 31st. I never had a problem with the apartment but I had to move to Florida with little notice. Rent is $295 per month plus 1/3 of the cable, internet, and electricity bills which usually totals out to around $355. It is a 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and my other 2 roommates still live there. The room is the largest in the apartment with a walk in closet and private bathroom. Apartment is beside the visitor lot near the old leasing office. It is on the right side of Trailwood if you are coming from Avent Ferry.
