One is MAE and one is CE. I'm walkin in May and its the only class I need to take this summer to be out this bitch with my other degree . Which one is easier to understand/fair with grades/moderate with the workload?

parish is a dick but he's fair and willing to help out when you need it, he also makes sure you learn your shit

Parish would be a good choice, I don't know anything about the other guy/gal

You will know what you're doing when you come out of there, but you've gotta do your part, and he definitely is fair

He was my advisor freshman and sophomore year, just an all-around nice guy

i took it with Dr. Ram
He is a good teacher. You will need to be willing to learn and do the weekly hw to be able to pass it with a good grade. Tests are straight forward if you've done your hw. And he grades very nicely. But again be willing to learn it if you decide to take it with Dr. Ram.

first off, Parish is NOT a dick. he's actually a great guy who teaches statics really well. he was only a dick to the kids that didnt come prepared to learn the material. i'd def. go with him.

Parish is a good prof. Its just that he doesn't 'give' out grades. What you get is what you earned in his classes.

i think the general rule is CE courses are going to be easier than ME courses

(CE statics doesn't do anything in 3-D, right?)

I'd rate Parish in the top 2-3 of professors I liked at NCSU if he hadn't jewed me out of an A+. As it is, I still rate him in my top 5 prolly.
