What is the site's official policy about legitimately-paid-for aliases?I've noticed that when someone gets suspended, sometimes mods go ahead and suspend their aliases too, whether the person did anything "wrong" with the alias or not. That doesn't seem right to me, because the person paid the 5 bux for the alias, so they should be able to use it.So, what is the policy? Obviously, I've got a couple aliases, and I mainly use them when I get suspended so I can still respond to crap when I feel like it. Plus, back in the day, jackleg got off on suspending me, so I purchased a couple then, too. If aliases aren't allowed, then I'd honestly like a refund on the ones i've paid for, because nowhere was it stated they weren't allowed. If they are allowed, then I'd like the aliases I have paid for the be unsuspended.

the fact that aliases are looked down upon is because usually the user was suspended for a reason. the fact that you got suspended was because you fucked up. If you're going to continue your antics, the mods will suspend your known aliases as well to keep you from said antics. that's why they make you keep on plunking 5 dollars down.

All I can tell you is that we're not in it for the money.

Is it so hard to not get suspended?

Even if they get suspended, most people at least have the sense to lay a little low with the alias, even if only to keep up appearances.

If you were suspended for being a creep, you're still up to your same antics.
