Anyone have any experiance with these? How is the area, I've heard it wasn't a good area to live in from some, then others say its ok.

I havent had any problems since I have lived here, Ive also made sure I had good landlords and decent roommates though

i lived there for a while, its cheap as hell, but you get what you pay for. I only paid $250/month plus utilities while I was there.
