Room for rent 285 plus utilities.... utilities are usually between 30-80 tops (80 was top in winter)

Room has 2 closets, and its own bathroom

We leave off of BlueRidge on the wolfline in walking/biking distance to campus.

It's a three person townhouse with a washer and dryer... current roommates are easy to get along with one guy and one girl we are a brother and a sister from Ohio and are just looking for a third roommate until we move out the end of May.

Last roommate is moving to Wake Forest cause he got a job there.

if you find 2 summer roommates you can make it july.... our lease actually ends then but we are breaking it cause everyone thats name is on the lease graduates/moves the end of may...

but if you want to put your name on the lease.... and find 2 roommates its perfect!
