Can anyone tell me how to take a picture and edit it so that only one color shows and the rest of the image is black and white? What kind of program do i need, how hard is this to do, etc?

(I actually don't know how to do this myself, but I'd imagine you would need a more advanced program than Paint...such as one of these two)
