Lu-Yen. They are in the shopping center at Creedmore and Howard. They have been doing my dad's suits for the past 15 years. Plus they always fix my moms pants cuz she is really skinny and they do my pants cuz im short. They did the alterations on all my formal dresses and fixed alot of my clothes after I lost weight. They do a good job. Same people, always busy (to me thats a good thing, they have a ton of regular clients), been there forever, and they dont rape you on price.

PS- they only take cash or check

i need a name tape sewn on a bag...any recommendations?

the bag is double layers, so stiching will have to be taken out i would imagine, to access the back of the outer layer

should i just try a general tailor for this or any of the military/ROTC ppl on here have a suggestion for someone in the area?

^ same here. Took my uniform there a couple of times. No idea how they would compare since I didn't shop around, but I was satisfied.

Wang's or Lee's will set you right. I prefer Wang's just for the name. Always had great service from them though.

...that would be because they do a great job and are relatively inexpensive.

just wondering... so wang's is a good place even though the shop looks rather run down? I was always afraid of trying it out.

Thanks for all the replies, everyone. Good help.
