I am interested in subleasing my room in Centennial Village Apts. this summer. I currently have 2 other roommates (male), however one will def. be home for the summer and I’m not sure about the other. Rent is currently $375 a month, but if interested we could potentially work something out. Male or female really doesn’t make much difference to me, and if both roommates are gone it may not matter anyway. I can also leave the room partially furnished for you, i.e. desk, bed, dresser… the essentials. This is on a Wolfline stop. PM me if interested.
