use that great stuff examnding foam if you can fill some areas in your trunk lid, and just use some foam tape all around the back of you license plate.*Note, that shit expands for 24 hrs. so just use a lil, and wait you can always use more. but you cant fix a bowed trunk lid, and also make sure you dont cover up any wiring, etc. or it will be a bitch if you ever want to get it out.

it's called peal and seal. be careful with it though has to be applied like dynamate(heat gun/blow dryer , roller etc. the major difference is the melting point, i havn't had any melt on me but i've heard stories.
