fatphatboy88: The motherboard CPU slots are Sun proprietary . . . this is not a PC server. The UltraSPARC CPUs are far, FAR above a PC chip at a similar clockspeed (I mean just look at the L2 cache!)

Depends on what applications you're running. For general stuff they're about the equivalent of a PIII 1GHz or so, but for number crunching and database work where the 64-bit and L2 cache really makes a difference it's a bit higher than that (maybe 1.3 or so).
