it had coke spilled on it, it works still but the left click is sticky.... any way you guys suggest to clean it out?

take it apart, just phillips head screws. then use rubbing alcohol and q-tips, a thin knife blade is good for scraping tighter areas.

unless it's a nice mouse, just go to best buy and buy the $15 laser mouse. If you're damned and determined to clean it you can use just about anything like windex etc. Been there done that... cept with pepsi. Got my keyboard too. Alcohol is the best because it evaporates but so does windex. If you use windex spray and wipe quickly. It can be corrosive to some plastics. I've never had that problem but don't say I didn't warn ya. Eye glass cleaner is the best. But seriously, it's better to buy a new mouse, trust me.

it's really only one button that's really annoying... the other "bad" one doesn't get used as much... i think alcohol will do the trick..... how the fuck do i take the footpads off without fucking up the foam something royal?

Man I had the worst pet peeve about dirty mouses while working at my old job as a network tech. Strangely I loved cleaning out the rubber build up on the rollers. Seeing how much better the mouse tracked after that pleased my motor functions.
