i would just shop around....ive found that most smaller video games stores (particularly ones in strip malls, not regular malls), have them in stock. ive seen them at a couple compUSAs as well.

everyone goes to bestbuy/circuit city/walmart first, so those are the hardest places to get them.

considering it's ~$267 here, if it only cost you $275 after shipping, that's pretty darn good
