I have a room in University Suites that I need to sublease whenever possible because I have a house that I have to move into at one of the field labs for NC State. The room is large own walk in closet, own bathroom, built in desk, platform bed, cable, washer/dryer, utilities included, clubhouse, pool, fitness center, FREE tanning, and pool tables. The monthly rate is $435. There are three other room mates. All girls so the prospective sublease tenant must be female!! Let me know if you are interested!!
