I have a room for rent in a Cary house about 15 min from campus. Several students have lived here and isn't that bad a commute esp. if you are driving to the park and ride off Trinity.

There rent includes all utilities- digital cable, dsl, digital phone with long distance, electric, water, etc.

Currently there are 2 males living here, but we have no preference as the last 2 roomies were female.
The last roommate moved out last week so you can move in immediately. There is a bed and a couch in the room but we have storage if you don't need it.

There is no long term lease. Give a two month notice or find someone else for the room and you are out.

Pets are welcome with a small upfront deposit. If you have any further questions PM me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
