VoIP software is a pretty general topic. Are you looking for client apps? Server apps? PBXes? Online services?

Yeah sorry, an asterisk client to make/receive calls via my bluetooth headset.something like iaxcomm but more feature rich. Basically software to replace my piece of shit SIP phone.[Edited on February 2, 2007 at 4:09 PM. Reason : .]

Asterisk uses SIP so any SIP voip device/software should work. As far as softphones go I like x-lite/eyebeam from Counterpath. For SIP ATAs I like Sipura a lot.

eyebeam works for me (in association with Sylantro system)

Ill second the x-lite by counterpath as a softphone works well with many different sip based systems.
