I am looking for a female roommate to either sublease or take over half the lease to my current townhome. You can move in as soon as you need to (January or end of February would be best) and the lease ends July 31st. My sister will be moving to GA and so her room will be available. The townhome is located at the Apartments of Westgrove, 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths and furnished with the exception that you will probably need to bring a bed and maybe a dresser (not sure on the bedroom furniture yet). The room is a good size and comes with a big closet. There is a full-sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove/oven and wireless internet. This is a great place to live, very quiet and not far from campus. The Wolfline stops right out front. Oh yeah, the $1.50 theater is across the street too. The complex has a pool and volleyball court too. Staff is very friendly and prompt in fixing any problems that may come up.

I am currently a grad student in ME and would like someone clean, quiet, and not really a big party person. During the semester I will be busy and would need quiet to study but I am not against people coming over to hang out. Usually rent runs about $450 a piece including all utilities (cable, internet, gas, electric), but I am willing to cut that to $375. Thats cheaper than the dorms!

The room would be available by the end of Feb/beginning of March if not sooner. My sister plans to move out around the 4th/5th of March but should be able to move out sooner if need be. We just need a heads up.
