Marlin 1895G "Guide Gun" .45-70 not ported New, with Box, only put 4 rounds through it. have 2 20 round boxes of winchester super-x HP's to go with it. entire package ran me over $550. I'll let it go for $450. ideal for any north american big game.Austin and Halleck .50 flintlock rifle, semi-custom built fancy wood stocks, exc. condition, fired once. have all the accessories to go with it- 200 balls, couple pounds of powder, patches, ramrod, lube, starter, etc. sells for around $700, I'd like $375 with everythingCVA Bobcat .50 caplock rifle synthetic stocks, with 100 balls, patches, ramrod, capper, caps, etc. $150

1/29/2007 3:43:29 PM

1/29/2007 3:45:50 PM
pistols?
1/29/2007 4:28:15 PM
how original is your m44...lots of people like to pass those off as "original" sniper rifles ever since enemy at the gates came out...and before, when they are just 1 of 30 million mosin nagants made during the war, then the scope added laterdo all the parts match, scope original, how pitted is the bore etc etc
1/29/2007 4:32:54 PM
Bullshit..you can buy a BRAND NEW AR-15 with no optics for less than a grand at PDHSC
1/29/2007 5:05:08 PM
the parts do match...there is no scope but all original sights are still on the weapon
1/29/2007 5:43:56 PM
any evening gun people?
1/29/2007 10:22:35 PM
haha yeah i got my ar at pdhsc for 700. but btw, whats up josh? long time. your rifle sounds nice man, def a lot of custom shit - i'd like to have that eotech!
1/29/2007 11:23:17 PM
oh, doubt anyone here would buy this, but just for shits and giggles-I've got a built Springfield SOCOM 2 .308 I'd part with for the right price- Vltor stocks, aimpoint comp ML2 4 MOA w/ flash screen, surefire M900 vertical foregrip w/ light cover,ARMS mounts for light and sight, rail covers, also got about 10 20 rnd. armalite mags and a blackhawk chest rig to go with it. If you know anything about this stuff, you'll realize I've got a lot of $$ in it, and it was built right. add up all the parts and you're in excess of over $4000, if you can even find the stock assembly. make me a reasonable offer.

1/30/2007 12:26:44 AM
I can't say that I'd pay 175 for a mosin
1/30/2007 12:31:40 AM
im looking at a .32 tonight anybody got anything else i should look at.....
1/30/2007 9:54:07 AM
if you seriously want it for self defense... and if youre puttin it in your pocket, i hope you have concealed carry... i'd go w/ a 5 shot revolver. ppl love them b/c they CANT jam. look at 38 or .357. i think taurus and smith and wesson make them. also look at a .25 if you really want something small, although i think youd do more damage throwing it at someone than shooting them with it. if you can find a .25 or .32 that will feed well enough to take hollowpoints, that def ups your stopping power. personally i carry a 1911-style .45 ACP that I load w/ hollowpoints. needless to say, i cant conceal it. it def gets looks when i wear it around though i'm thinking of getting a springfield 3" xd 9, they're pretty damn tiny but still hold 16+1. any thoughts?
1/30/2007 12:04:07 PM
^^^i agree but i wouldnt use tauras ive rented a few of them and there timing goes off fairly easily.......and dont get a .38 get a .357 them you can use both rounds

1/30/2007 2:47:14 PM
^^ ruger sp101 is my choice
1/30/2007 2:51:36 PM
oh the holster isnt the issue, its whether or not i really want to try to conceal a gun that was never made to be concealed haha... a full-size 1911 is meant to be worn on your hip, or better yet, on a thigh rig like i wear mine. itd look pretty funny tryin to conceal that under a jacket/waistband, and even if i could it wouldnt be comfortable.
1/30/2007 4:34:30 PM
i have carried a Sig P220 concealed. i can be done. i had a iwb holster, it profiled if i wore a tight shirt tho. look into a shoiulder or a sob holster. plz don't wear a tac drop leg holster in public. ppl that do that look like they think they are the shit, or thats how it comes across. if u open carry use a hip holster.
1/30/2007 4:59:32 PM
I carry a glock 31 concealed all the time
1/30/2007 5:15:55 PM
1911s are one of the easiest guns to conceal, ever. The slim design of a single stack makes them comfortable in the right holster and belt combination. I carry a double stack medium frame auto that's way harder to conceal than a 1911.Edit: Post pics of the AR, jlcoburn sounds EXACTLY like what I plan to build a Stag lower into. Consider parting it out somewhat?[Edited on January 30, 2007 at 5:46 PM. Reason : asdfg]

$50 bucks for the M44 russian
1/30/2007 5:53:55 PM
let me clarify, i wear the thigh rig at the range, hip holster the rest of the time... and i like shoulder holsters, but somebody wearing one of those looks no less crazy than somebody wearing a thigh rig in public. dont act like you're gonna keep your jacket on all the time, people will see it lol... i just dont wanna carry somethin big and bulky concealed in my pants . i already do that everyday

anybody have a personal preference for a .22lr pistol? my others are great but ammo gets expensive and .22 is great for just dicking around at the range. i like the ruger (what is it, mark III i think?) but i like the action on the P22... heard some complaints about them too though. any thoughts?
2/1/2007 12:45:39 PM

2/1/2007 5:04:42 PM
also, anybody have a .22lr conversion for an AR15? idk if i really want one or not, they seem sorta fussy w/ ammo too, but its a nice thought...
2/1/2007 5:54:54 PM
^screw that, for the money just buy about 5000rds of .223 I also want to see what other folks have to sell or trade. I'd trade the guide gun for a nice .44 mag ruger or smith.
