so what is leaking? the top plastic part or the lower half?doesnt take more than few hours, take off the air filter boot, throttle linkages, plugs, t-stat housing, and fuel lines, take the top half off the intake, index the dizzy, yank it, then pull off the lower half, i just finished one up last night[Edited on January 23, 2007 at 6:32 PM. Reason : if its a straight up old school intake then > 2 hours]

bitch is an 03. i assumed its alum. it could be plastic. i am just a lazy bitch and not looking forward to it

hell if you just need to replace the manifold gaskets its a piece of cake, you can take off the whole damn thing as an assembly with the injectors, throttle body, etc. in place. just take off the little plastic cover and all the lines and shit then all the bolts into the head, i give that one >1 hour, i'm pretty sure you don't even have to drain the coolant
