1 Bedroom/1 Bath 450/month

My lease is up in April and I found another apartment that I would like to go ahead and move into for when I get married, but I need someone to either take over my lease, or just agree with the management that you would move in to this apt when I leave. Within walking distance to two NCSU bus stops, or, if your fit, walking distance to State, especially Centennial Campus.

Its in really nice shape, as I barely stay there.
