so the rental company wont work hard enough to find the owners of the property...all i want to do is contact to the owners and see if they are willing to sell instead of continually renting through the company.

anyone know how to look up who the owners are if I have the address of the location but no phone # or anything other than the address?

You can look at aerials on imaps also. Its not as fast or user-friendly as google earth, but it is there.
