its an italian restaurant. (pronounced Vivachi, like Hibachi)dont think ill go backhad fried calamari, which was real good.i had the lamb dish, comes with a filet also. not the greatest, im not a regular lamb eater, but it just didnt taste right. the filet was good.the mojito there was horrible, real thick and pulpy/grainy.i had a shot of tequila (patron, which was good like always), but the lime was so dry, that i got no juice out of it. it was horrible.i think they jipped me on some scotch. but oh well..but everyone raved about it. anyone been there? comments??[Edited on January 14, 2007 at 7:50 PM. after just looking at the menu on their website, theres about 4 things that are still around from when i worked there. but knowing the chef, i can guess what everything is like. I never had a problem with the place or the menu...i was just a little too inexperienced at the time, and the owners are fucking pricks to their employees

there was this one old guy, seemed like he was a grumpy old man, but i dont blame him, it took me 10 minutes to tell him i wanted a shot of tequila.
