I had it good? There are songs that remind me of certain things. There are certain reggae songs that remind me of working in Global Village, and there are songs that I used to listen to on my CD player when I was walking around campus (I still think of those first crisp, cool fall days as "Death in Vegas days"). "Rosa Parks" by Outkast reminds me of my freshman year, "When Dolphins Cry" reminds me of when I started dating a certain guy my sophomore year, etc. But I guess I'm at a point where I don't listen to any song in particular and sit and cry about how great things used to be. Things are pretty good as they are now, bad shit and all.

Barenaked Ladies - The Old Apartment.takes me back to 21 Enterprise street, where we had parties nearly every weekend, which resulted in nearly weekly random hookups, and many stories of college debauchery were borne there. Every fricking line of that song has a memory associated with it except for the line about the mousetrap. the funny thing is that i never heard the song till well after i moved out of there in 2001.

^Did you live in a cave in that apartment? That song got ridiculous amounts of airtime.
