I have already removed some virus from my computer, but it still keeps doing weird thing, eg like the xp taskbar converts to what looks like the 'classic' windows look. If there are any real suggestions, I will kindly appreciate them.

Thanks synapse. Somehow I missed an update because of that worm I removed from my computer. In fact that is how I discovered the worm is after this craziness started happening to my system, I attempted to update my PC and there were a few available updates, and it failed 3-4 times to install before my light bulb finally powered on and I ran a full system scan. Other littles things happened too, most notably was when I wanted to 'view wireless connections' I could not see anything but this weird message displayed where the wireless connections should have been displayed. After I removed this virus, and updated my PC the problem seem to have been resolved, but I think I will still install this hotifx.
