it's from the company movistar, and it has a prepaid spain sim card. it's ready to use. all you have to do is add minutes when you get there. it has a charger. if you're studying in spain, it's perfect for you. it's great quality. i'm looking for $15. if you wait till you get there to get it, it'll cost you about $45.
