do i have to take the lab for mea 101? dont need or want one, tracs says the lab is "recommended"

hah. That's like when I took PY 124(Astronomy) there was an optional lab. Screw that crap.

^^^ no you dont have to take it and I wouldn't unless you need the lab for a requirement. The class was huge and learning anything from lectures is unlikely. If you take the class find an athlete!! They get a special study guide, aka the test whereas the rest of the students get a review sheet. Even with the basic review sheet it's still easy to get an A just print previous test for 2-3 yrs and study them. Webassign's can be completed using a combination of google and using the index of the books (doing the readings will not help you answer the questions nor will the lectures).Also lots of curves b/c people do horrible on the tests.
