Need someone who can give good tax savings advise as well as advice for filing with money from a small business. Also, someone who can help me get papers filed for an IRS appeal.

I am little confused. Are you appealing an amount the IRS says you owe them? For this small business did you receive a 1099-Misc? Be a little more specific and I can give you some better advice.
