Ok, so I'm watching the Stump the Schwab marathon on ESPN classic today and the last one they showed was an episode I saw about 2 years ago. I thought then that the Schwab answered a question incorrectly in the last round but they gave him credit for it. During the replay today they edited his answer and it was very obvious. The guy he was going against was from UNC and lost by one in the final round, so the missed question actually mattered. It was a 3 pointer. Anyway...The question was for him to name the last 3 winners of US Opens held at Pebble Beach and the year in which they won. He immediately said Tiger won in 2001. I caught it the first time I watched it but they said that was correct that he won in 2000, which he did. He managed to come up with Watson in 82 and Kite in 92 as well. He originally said "Tiger Woods in 2001" but in the replay he was Tiger Woods in 2000 "is one". It was an obviously dubbing. Anyway...I never heard any backlash about it so I dunno if anyone else caught this, if they acknowledged the mistake later, or just let it ride. Did anyone else notice this or hear anything about it? Of course there is a chance I am the only one watching and no one gives a damn...we'll see.

I watched this EXACT episode....it was on at 7:00 tonight.Me and my dad have always said this was fixed. Between me and him we know a lot of shit and there is no way that one man could know all that he does. He even knows the damn olympic shit that nobody really cares about like those gymnastics questions.

He could be an autistic savantbut he's not

Guys, his 9-5 for a long time was reading box scores...He likely has a photographic memory and knows it. Now that does not excuse his school girl behavior when he gets a difficult question right, but he really does know his stuff in my opinion

its fixed......... he'll get stumped on something.... pause for a minute... and then pull it out of his ass... or an earpiece

He got beat today at 1:30 on ESPN Classic. The info said 2004 but the 1st question was name the 2006 Dallas Mavs NBA Finals roster because the last one they named was Josh Powell.

of course it was fixedthe thing that bothers me is the low dollar amount for winning that show. isn't it like 3 g's or something? it's espn. espn's about as crooked a network as they come.
