looking for a 2BR/2BA around crabtree that isn't a shithole

2 floor townhouse is preferable

i was thinking edwards mill apartments/townhomes was going to be a good place but i went and looked at them today and they are 20 years old, kinda falling apart...

you guys know of any good places

<--- Lives in Edwards Mill Apartments in one of the townhomes. Yes, they are 20 years old but they aren't ghetto. I hated moving there at first but it has really grown on me. If you have any specific questions I will try to answer them.

I like the trees. There is a walking trail to a small park that I have yet to utilize. There is also a nifty back door shortcut to Crabtree Mall. We have also been able to keep our thermostat down because the townhouse retains heat well. The walls are plain white and show marks easily but they are easily touched up when needed.

The next time you come that way you should go up to see the units 4600+ where there is a nifty fence around three places that caught on fire a few months ago.

Camden Manor Park was built last winter and seemed nice when we looked at them
