i'm not in raleigh. could you elaborate on the scratches? how many? where are they? how long? how deep?

everything else with it is fine though? do you have any accessories, or is it the phone only? also, do you know which version it is?

they are on the back. you can't see them unless you are looking for them. like any other used phone that is made out of metal.

all come with charger and that's it (well, obviously the battery also)a and all work with no problems
