So I'm wanting to do a scrapbook for a friend of mine that is getting married this summer. I've never done one before so does anyone have any tips on what makes a good scrap book?

Haha welcome to the club...I'm doing one now for a friend's wedding. Will you have pictures to work with? Or will you be doing this as a template for her to place pictures in?Here's how mine is set up:the first page has "Our Wedding" as a heading, with an envelope made out of transparent (pretty) paper. Take the invitation and stick it in the envelope. The next pages are: 2 pages for "courtship", 2 for "engagement", one for bride/one for groom (opposing pages), two for the ceremony, two for family pictures, four for the reception (with one for the cake), two for the honeymoon, and the final one page for "our first home"...or you can buy a kit (PM me if you want pictures from a wedding scrapbook (template-style, for them to put in the pictures later) that my mom made)[Edited on January 3, 2007 at 2:32 PM. Reason : also]

Basically I'm doing a scrapbook for her as just something for her to have. she and I have been best friends since middle school so there are a lot of pictures and memories there. I already have the pictures and everything. I'm just not sure how I want to set it up. Like if I should do a layout for each year we were friends or what.
