Hi,
i'm looking to sublease starting Jan 2007, and I prefer to have female roommates and would like to live walking distance to NC State Univ. campus or as close as possible.

Have you looked at Avery Close? I lived there for two years, it's on the Wolfline and very close to Centennial.

That's an apartment in avery close. She needs someone to take over her lease until the end of the semester.

My room is up for sublease. Three roommates are all female. You'd have your own bedroom and bathroom. It's not walking distance to NCSU, but there's a bus that runs there from right in front of our complex. It's in the University Woods thread a few down.

we have a room available its 250 a month, huge rooms and walking distance to class. im a dude though if thats not a problem then its available.

i know you prefer walking distance, but there is a wolfline stop for our apartment if you need somewhere...

Room in a townhouse Westgrove Apartments. Apartment is off of BlueRidge with a wolfline stop.

The room for rent has 2 closets, and a personal bathroom

The house has a kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer.

Current roommates include a guy and a girl, we are both pretty laid back, and easy going.

Smoking is outside, and pets only if they can be kept in a tank/cage.

Although it is not walking distance, there is a shuttle on and off campus runs M-F
