Create a new paypal account for them to send the money okay. Close it after you withdraw the money okay. Don't ship until you cash out okay. Post the story on http://www.419eater.com okay.

just dont sell it, its obviously a scam, i got that same email about a phone I listed. Relist it and forward that email to ebays scam prevention.
a good tip for selling on ebay is to make sure the person has a good feedback, like at least +2 or something.
