I am moving to Dallas and need someone willing to move into my apartment room (Gorman Street Village: Building 1613, Apt. 103) sometime in the end of December, but not start paying rent until the first of January. I have two roomates (they're both male).

Rent is $315 a month
Apartment includes washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven. Internet (wireless and ethernet) and cable also provided free of charge. Room has own spacious bathroom, large closet and window.

Apartment complex is a fairly new complex so the apartments are in REAL nice condition and it is located on Gorman St.
