Hey....my mom turned my little brothers ps2 on its side and he tried to tell her that she ruined it and it is broken or skipping or some mess like that because she turned it on its side while it had a disc in it. im gonna go ahead and guess that this is nonsense...any prevalence to what he is trying to say?

If you move it while there is a disc in it, it can scratch the disk, but it wont break the console.

i wouldn't move it while it was running, but other than that there isn't any problem with it....

One time, I accidentally tripped over the controller cord and sent my PS2 flying across the room... it was an entertaining event.P.S. It still works fine.

I'm not black if that's what you're referring to

No, she didn't break it. Get her to point out the fact that all PS2's came with a stand so that it could sit on it's side. Only the disc can get damaged and that's if it's a real bump.

i thought you had to buy the stand for extra eh. those things break like glass anyways.

No, she didn't break it. That's a feature that comes standard on all Sony products.
