zxappeal, didn't I sell you a Ford carburetor and you said you liked Ford trucks?
12/17/2006 8:26:26 PM
OLD Ford Trucks, Wesley!I love the old FE engines and the second-generation overhead valve straight sixes.I also have a thing for the Y blocks and the Flatheads.I'm not a big Triton fan, and the diesels are only so-so compared to the mighty CUMMINS. It's just a shame that Dodge has such shitty bodies. The big thing that turns me off about Fords is the quality of their interiors and trim. Oh, and their automatic transmissions.
12/17/2006 9:01:11 PM
Updates?
12/17/2006 9:14:33 PM
Thats a good deal, thats about what the 2wd are selling for minus the king ranch package

Rental car quality.

12/18/2006 10:15:54 PM
damn, you were able to talk them down to $12.5K from $15K? Can you go with me next time I'm buying a car?
12/18/2006 10:32:46 PM
thats why im in saleslesson 1:the real key is acting clueless until the right moment
12/18/2006 10:43:14 PM
More like dont let the dealer walk all over you.
12/18/2006 11:02:20 PM
john huggard of bus 225 said that you should automatically take 15 percent off the sticker price when buying a car
12/18/2006 11:20:14 PM
huggard is a fucking prick, i dropped his class after one day
12/18/2006 11:25:10 PM
i wish i wouldnt have freaking took his class...its gonna end up hurting my gpa
12/18/2006 11:27:29 PM
its not hard to sell a car.the guy probably really wanted $12K for it... and offered it for sale for $15K... so he acted like he was giving the truck away at $12.5 was a steal for whoever.this way, both parties are happy
12/18/2006 11:28:26 PM
out of close to 200 credit hours i consider huggards bus 225 to be the most useful one. if you listen, he will tell you how to make money, especially retirement money.
12/18/2006 11:31:13 PM
yeah thats what my brother says, huggard has it all figured out
12/18/2006 11:45:48 PM
huggard is the man....this guy knows how to pinch every penny out of everything...i bet this guy is loaded
12/19/2006 12:24:00 AM
in class he said few times he is a multi-millionaire. one of the first advices i took from him is to increase my insurance to 100/300/100 as it is only $10-15 more per six months, but you get double coverage in case you get into some serious shit where you are at fault.he gave an example when he was the insurance agent, how some guy hit a half semi truck full of luxury cars. damage in excess of 200k, because truck flipped over or something like that. insurance covered up to 100k, rest was on him. nobody got injured.[Edited on December 19, 2006 at 12:48 AM.
