I am graduating, throwing a party, and moving out of my apartment before the end of the year. I am really busy, and just don't have time to do all the stuff I need to do. I am living in a 4bed/4bath place but it is just me living here for the rest of the month.

I would like someone who is willing to do the following things:
* vacum three empty rooms, and one with furniture, sweep and mop kitchen
* clean baseboards, ceiling fans, and other things that get dusty in empty rooms
* lightly clean bathrooms, which were all clean but have been unused
* make the back porch party friendly, involves removing a couple of busted chairs, sweeping, etc.

Basically I want someone to do the stuff that is above and beyond regular cleaning. If you wanted to negotiate to clean my kitchen, bake cookies for my party, or anything else along those lines it will depend on what kind of $ we are talking.
Send me a quote of what you want to be paid, and I will go from there. First choice of dates is the 18th or 19th, 21st or 22nd would also be possible.
