You want to talk about how Michigan isn't in the title game because "someone else deserves a chance?" Give it up for Boise State. I say if they win, they pull a USC and claim a share of the championship.

Is it ridiculous? Damn skippy, but so is the BCS. Even NCAA soccer gives unseaded teams a chance to win the National Championship(give it up for UC-Santa Barbara).

(also, I say that if Michigan wins and Florida manages to beat OSU, Michigan should totally be pricks about claiming a share of the NC too...anything to fuck with the BCS further)

Add one more team to the big 11 and get a championship game for their conference and all of this nonsense about Michigan being ignored or not having a fair shot would have been ended. Regardless though, they had their shot and if the regular season is supposed be like playing in a playoff system then everything worked out like it was supposed to when only looking at the top three teams.

boise state doesn't 'deserve' jack shit. they had a good season, beat OK on a couple of trick plays and escaped with a 1 point win in OT over the 10th ranked (BCS) team in the country when they were only ranked 8th themselves. when you have 7 teams above you, how in the fuck do you deserve a shot at the #1 ranking? schedule tougher teams and you'll get your good bowl, or play in a BCS conference. either way, playing the sacramento states, wyomings, louisiana techs, san jose states and hawaiis of the world ain't gonna get you into the national championship game.
