if you haven't already, take it to a Vet and see if it has a microchip, any emergency clinic is open now and will gladly scan them for you

it wasn't in the perfect condition making me think it was either neglected or on the run for a while. i'm not so hopefull right now of finding the owners, so i'll take some pictures and no one responds to my found ads soon and somebody wouldn't mind an extremely sweet, well behaved, loving and housetrained dog, the spca asked me to find it a home before giving it up to them. if anyone wants to meet him too = ).

i know people at the spca so i doubt that would happen to this dog.

but anyways, we've found someone to take the dog, he has found a home.
