WalmartTargetLowesHome DepotPick one. You'll spend more time trying to find the "cheapest" one rather than just going to get it.

if you're not averse to some manual labor, you can usually find someone on craigslist giving it away, on the stipulation that you remove it.

Heres where the friend who always drives a truck but uses it for nothing comes in handy. And yeah you can usually find people who just want the damn things moved outta their yard-provided someone cuts it or they might even do it themselves to get someone to take it.

They did where I used to live, I shoulda hauled some of that shit on down here on the way back for some $ Midsize fallen trees or large tree branches that are cut around this time can be more of a hassle to get rid of for someone who doesnt need em, got a small inner city yard, and/or who dont got a truck.

the farmers market is the best deal anywhere. I loaded up a cherokee for $20 bucks last year and i still have some of it left over from last winter. Cant beat that at a gas station.

the lumber mill accross from dorton arena gives cut up wood away during the summer and fall. Its not logs but its still good wood to burn. Check with Lucky1 if he will cut it split it and deliever it for only 75 its a steal. I cut fire wood for 3 houses each christmas break and from cutting down trees and dragging them out of the woods cutting them up splitting them and then stacking them its alot of work.

my understanding is that you should not burn pine in a fireplace, as it produces much more creosote than hardwoods...
